TEXAS ROADHOUSE PUEBLO REVIEWS

It’s been a while since I’ve dined at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant! It was packed and I didn’t have to wait for a seat as I sat at the bar. Service by Loretta, Hailey, and Alyssa was fantastic! The 20 oz. Bone-in ribeye was great! My drinks were also topped off without me having to ask for a refill. The TRH is a must visit in Pueblo.

I love this place! I don't get to eat here very often but every time I have been here it has never let me down. This place is packed all the time so I suggest looking at my photos and scanning the join wait-list now. Get the cactus blossom! It's worth it.

Chicken melts in you’re mouth, pulled pork falls of the fork, salad is super fresh! Server was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating to our requests.

TWENTY ONE STEAK REVIEWS

Saturday night and very busy with Prom. We waited for our table and Alex at the bar took care of us. He shook the coldest Martini ever and took time to make sure we were comfortable. When our table was ready,Jonathan started us out with the potato croquettes as an appetizer. Then began the main event: Tender filet mignon and Bison Ribeye. Asparagus, mushrooms, and pasta sides with a Malbac. Toni served the wine then assisted with a tasting of Hardy cognac to finish with Nana's chocolate cake. Beautiful, restful evening and we were waited on perfectly. Can't wait for our next special event.

Had the most amazing experience here! I came for my birthday and they made me feel so special. The atmosphere is beautiful and the wait staff is amazing. Will definitely be back. The tres leches was so yummy! I got the steak flight and the sides were really great. I did not enjoy the pumpkin soup nor the pasta side, but everything else was SO good.

Great food, great service. I really enjoyed the signature/ craft cocktails. Sat at the bar and had a blast interacting with the staff. We will definitely be going again next time we are in Pueblo. It's located on the Riverwalk perfect for a stroll before or after.

CHOP REVIEWS

What a WOW for a Friday night in Pueblo! Lots of parking and great view with large windows. Staff were extremely attentive and kind! Bar staff did an awesome job on martini-the lemon drop was great! The espresso martini could have been dessert, it was so good. Prime cut of steak that was cooked to perfection with great sides and dessert. Highly recommend.

So excited I got to check out Chop! 6 of us had a great time and our meals were delicious! Highly recommend the Baked Brie, French Onion soup and my steak was cooked to perfection. Cocktails were fantastic too! Safe to say I got CHOPPED.

What an experience, I came from Northern Colorado to try Chop. It didn’t disappoint. The drinks, food & service was great, The steak you could cut with a butter knife. If your looking for a date night, a group of friends or a lunch meeting thos is your place.
