FAMOUS DAVE'S BAR-B-QUE ALEXANDRIA REVIEWS

Our local in the chain and we like it. Great prices at lunch during weekdays. Same portions but almost half price. Their sausage is the best. My spouse likes the burnt ends and ribs. The folks working there are friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. A disclosure is that I did some work with Dave Anderson when he was at the Department of the Interior but that was years ago.

The host was great and really kind. The server was incredibly attentive. May be some of the best service I’ve ever received. The food was okay. The catfish was good per usual but the sides seemed off. The Mac and cheese was a bit mushy and the collard greens had way too much meat in them for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

Have not been to Famous Dave's in over 3 years- and they did not disappoint! Definitely recommended their food..for comfort, for fulfillment- for FUN!!! Enjoy..

A friend and I stopped here for an early dinner and were very impressed with the consistency and selection of the menu that they offered. The pork was excellent, and we both really liked all of the variety of sides they offered. They had both a friendly and professional staff and excellent food. The vibe of the place was also excellent, and I like what they did in designing the inside of it. This place is an awesome restaurant to check out if you’re looking for some great pulled pork with some hardy sides and consistency behind every meal. A must try. Thank you Sweet Fire Donna!

Oh man, this spot is definitely one of the top BBQ restaurants in the DMV. Great food, great side dishes, great customer service and great price. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend it. And on a side note, the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen.

My coworkers and I always enjoy the food here. From the meat selection, tacos, nachos, eggrolls. You can't go wrong with anything selected from their menu.

Everything is great and efficient at this location: food, service, and atmosphere. Ordering and receiving my food was incredibly fast. The seating is plentiful and spacious. Online ordering is available and fast too.

Both the food and atmosphere are decent. The staff are fantastic. One staff member walked around offering peach cobbler and mashed potato samples while I was there. I plan to go back to try the ribs.
