RUDY'S COUNTRY STORE AND BAR-B-Q WACO REVIEWS

Rudy’s barbecue is one of the best chain barbecue places you’ve ever experienced. Excellent food counter service: walk up and order the meat by half a pound. You can also get sandwiches or baked potatoes. All the sides are in their fridge case by the checkout or in the kitchen. It is a great little barbecue spot. Again, it is a chain, but well worth the time in the visit. Don’t sleep on the rice crispy treats.

Very good moist brisket, kids love it Most parts are being very moist It did not have any fatty oil piece in it, they clean the fatty part. the staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s one of the best BBQ in our favorite list.

Best fast BBQ!! GRAB A pound and a bunch of sides and share it all family style with a loaf of bread!

Jesus H Christ that banana pudding put me in a child like state. I was amazed by the sheer power it held in that tiny little Styrofoam cup. Sweet, silky, smooth just like my ex girl friend when she wanted money. I can't begin to explain or try to comprehend the immense joy I had in the 1.2 seconds it took to finish my 2 orders of this amazing beautiful little snack. It is akin to a cool spring breeze up my little shortie shorts after doing legs at Train Waco. I love this stuff so much, I'd give up love for it. My o ly complaint is there isn't enough in a single order. I couldn't bathe my taste buds the way I wanted to with only 2 orders. I want this dessert to engulf my life in a cocoon of ecstacy. I love it. I am probably going to walk over during halftime of the Texas game to quelch my desire. Thank You Viteks Sincerely, Dabney Rogillio.

Vitek’s BBQ catered our family reunion. Delivery was on time, food was amazing and after research around town of other bbq restaurants found to be the most affordable. Highly recommend!!!

Best sliced brisket sandwich I’ve had yet. Can’t wait to stop by again. Loved the mac n cheese as well. Nice vibes and atmosphere. 100 years of brisket experience sure shows here. Great spot!

The absolutely amazing staff here were, phenomenal, David and Madison behind the counter were just delights when helping with our meat selection, Jorge and Chewy, (sorry if the names are spelled wrong) we're the. Most amazing people to be greeted by, they showed us around the cooking area and all the smokers, and shared some brisket cooking tips, was just an absolutely amazing experience. When paying for our merchandise Marissa was just a lovely girl who took extra time with us and helped us find shirt sizes. Thank you so much. If anyone is in Waco Texas, it is a must visit.

Some of the best barbecue in Texas, but definitely some of the best smoked sausage. Love the new location the way it’s decorated. Gotta say that Brando and Tiff he took our order did an excellent job sharing explaining and even letting us try it. You can tell the guys on the pits love what they do. He was super nice. Let us come up closer to see what he does take a picture. Very cool.

If I could rate a 6/5 I would. We loved the BBQ, it was delicious. The sides were all amazing. I really liked the market concept - walk up, see all the options and ask for what you’d like! The staff were all very friendly. Specifically, Adrian and Joe checked us out and helped us choose what to order as there are many options.
