Kansas City Style Barbecue was invented in Missouri in 1908 by Henry Perry, known for slow roasted meats and thick sweet barbecue sauce. Dillon's KC BBQ is a great example of delicious KC-style barbecue with that smokey hickory flavor. We enjoyed the brisket and the pulled pork they have great salad and sides and service with a smile.

Very good food. Great service, good location. Great BBQ. Was here for a meeting, impressed with the service given that there were 50 people.
