When I am in Phoenix I will bring a dozen donuts home with me. This is my absolute go to Krispy Kreme. They are always phenomenal customer service, so nice and so helpful. They always have the donuts I want. They are by far the best Krispy Kreme I have been to in Phoenix. They go above and beyond for customer service! Thank you.

Today, I visited Krispy Kreme on Bell Road and picked up a dozen of their new Pop-Tarts Crazy Good Doughnuts. I was able to get them for free, thanks to my points! Let me tell you, they are absolutely delicious! You have to go try them, but hurry—they're only available for a limited time.

Stopped by for a donut for dessert. The first glazed donut was no charge for each person. They are so good! We bought a donut each in addition to the complimentary donut. Service was very fast, and it was cool watching the donuts being made on the carousel.

My husband and I love it here! All the employees are so kind and welcoming and the donuts are SO good. Better than any other chains around the area. Breakfast food is great too. Super clean inside. Happy to support local businesses like this one.

First time I've ever been here and it was honestly great. Smiling and friendly employee. Fresh doughnuts and fully stocked on a random Sunday afternoon. Will definitely come here again.

Clean facility, staff was friendly, well stocked on a variety of donuts( important in my family with different tastes). Definitely will return.

I don't usually spend money on fancy coffee but I bought my daughters girlfriend one and decided to have her get me one too. I was really surprised how good it was. I won't be a daily customer but I will definitely treat myself in the future. I had a mocha latte. I'm betting the customer service was good because my daughters gf came home with a job.

Decided to meet a date here to sit and talk over her favorite cup of coffee and it was a great location that was quiet and clean and we really enjoyed ourselves! Our coffee and drinks were good.

Fast, friendly and a lot better than the one on 59th Ave and bell. Maybe they should train the ones there cause those people are awful at that location.
