A good authentic Mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa are usually my spouse's favorite. However, there was something different about them, and it wasn't as good as we had in past visits. Meals are filling and rich. It's definitely a great spot for a family meal, date, or friend hangout. They can also support group events. There are always drink specials, a nice happy hour, and drinks are good.

Came after church one sunday . My sister loves this place like a firstborn son, lol. So I tried it, and it definitely hits. Perfect for a group to go out and eat. Food smelled good all the way from the car and carried me over to the table.

Absolutely love this place!!! Food was definitely a step above most!!! Customer service was great!!.

So this place is really good for the price for sure. I felt like it was missing a little bit of flavor. But overall very good very affordable I will definitely be back to smash more tacos! If you like asada I would definitely check this place out.

If you’re hunting for authentic tacos and burritos in Phoenix, this is definitely a place worth checking out. They take pride in using certified Angus beef for their carne asada, which is expertly grilled over mesquite for a rich, smoky flavor.

First time to Ta Carbon. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food, great selection for drinks. Ordered our food and sat out on the patio. They have an air cooler outside to help keep the area cooled off. If you're looking for some good tacos, stop by and try this place.

MANUEL'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

This is a great place to relax for lunch or dinner. Lots of parking and well lit. Great menu, easy to read and meduim priced. Big portions and great chips and salsa at your table once you sit. Service is fantastic. Great bar and lots of bar stools. Great for kids and just a great experience. Highly recommended! Web or order or delivery. Great Breakfast on the weekends.

I came with a big party and our server was Miguel. Miguel was such a great server, especially for a large group. He was kind, enthusiastic and friendly. We had a lot of requests and Miguel remained positive and did not seem bothered at all. The food was delicious and we stayed until closing which the restaurant did not give us a hard time about. Great customer service.

Great service and excellent food. They had a ton of people to serve. One order got messed up and they fixed it quickly. Really great staff and exceptional cooks.
