Gina Bongiovi is Managing Partner, Corporate Consigliere of Bongiovi Law Firm. She got her magna cum laude from the U.N.L.V. Honors College with a B.S.B.A. in minor in business law and marketing in 2001. In 2007, Gina was one of the first students to earn a twin law degree/M.B.A. from the William S. Boyd School of Law and College of Business at U.N.L.V. She began a marketing company in 2005. Tony M. May, Esq. has spent most of his life in Southern Nevada. One of his notable early successes was achieving the distinction as one of four valedictorians in his high school graduating class. May got his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, graduating with the Magna Cum Laude in 1994. Before attending law school, he operated as a Civil Engineer in Southern Nevada, where he obtained his Professional Engineering Licenses for both the States of California and Nevada. While in law school, May was a member of the Journal of Corporate Law and participated in the Trial Advocacy Program, the Stephenson Competition, and the University of Iowa Legal Clinic. As an attorney, May has developed materials for and presented seminars on quality of legal topics relating to his areas of practice, including workshops on mechanic’s lien and bond law, general construction law principles, Nevada State Contractor’s board issues, and contract law.

Leah Martin got summa cum laude from UNLV with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science in 1999. In law school, Leah was Editor-in-Chief of the Nevada Law Journal and a judicial extern to U.S District Court Judge Phillip Pro. She obtained summa cum laude from UNLV's law school in 2002. At graduation, Leah was identified as the William S. Boyd Outstanding Graduate. Following her graduation from law school, she quickly established employment at Lionel Sawyer & Collins, the largest law firm in the state, concentrating on a variety of business matters. While at that firm, and finally at Bailey Kennedy, Leah gained experience on complex issues while being mentored on a variety of top professionals in Nevada. She chose to establish her firm in 2011.
