THE BROKEN YOLK CAFE REVIEWS
After a long night of work we were greeted by what had to be the funniest and most cheerful server in the restaurant, Fernando. Granted the food was great, but great service enhances the experience and quality of the food and thanks to him we were able to fully enjoy everything, especially after a hard shift and fasting for 18 hours. You can also see his interactions with the many patrons that approached him that he is genuinely an awesome person.
I found this restaurant last year on yelp and had to come back for the cinna-cake pancakes all the way from Santa Fe, New Mexico. They definitely did not disappoint. We all shared the deliciousness.
The hash skillet was great. Very Filling. My husband ordered the Ranchero Omelette. It was also good. Our server was excellent.

AGAVE COFFEE & CAFÉ REVIEWS
I love this place, super underrated. Honestly, I've had plenty of chilaquiles from places like Cocina 35 and local chula vista places, and this place is better imo. I love their salsa better it's very tasty. In the picture I show the supreme chilaquiles which were amazing and filling. The salsa is tangy and a mix of tomatillos and regular red. So it's both green and red salsa from what my taste buds can gather. The chips are a bit harder than my liking but not a disappointment at all. Definitely give this place a try when francos flap jacks and talavera are packed! I will say that their French toast can be better so I'm not sure if that's the play. Parking: The parking is the same as for the medical offices but that saves you the trouble of having to find parking.
This is a really great breakfast or lunch spot. Very fresh food options. Order at the counter and pick what style of seating you would like - indoor modern, indoor cozy, indoor laptop user friendly, outdoor patio. Known for coffee too. Soup was great. I had turkey burger which was a good size and was juicy enough.
The food was amazing! Jose was a great employee making sure our experience was up to par! We felt very welcome and treated like family. The dining are felt very welcoming. We will be coming back!

GRINDHOUSE REVIEWS
Great local coffee shop in a tough area to find quality coffee. They made me a latte that was absolutely perfect! The prices are a bit lower than other places. Parking in the front is typically easy to find, with parking meters that are not expensive. Only cost me 50 cents to park.
Hands down best place in Chula (I'll suggest all most of SD...) to get fantastic coffee(s), good food and the staff have always been shining stars. Ambiance rocks, seating is sufficient if you have the time to chill for your sip and chew and again, so if you haven't zipped in for a warm bevvy and a sammie, you're missing out.
Great coffee and even better place to relax and hang out. The sweet cream cold brew is fantastic, great coffee taste with a bit of sweetness. I can’t wait to come back and try other drinks along with the food.
