SUNNY SIDE KITCHEN REVIEWS
Great find! Small homey place that puts out amazing food with a smile!! Gets very crowded but they do a great job getting the food out quickly. Highly recommend!!
Saw an article rating this as the 3rd best place to eat in the entire US based according to Yelp. Was delighted with everything! Food was amazing, service was great. There was no table service, which we prefer, bit the excellent Panini made up for it.
This place is fantastic for breakfast and lunch. The people here are very kind and homely. The vibe is great and the food is even better. Pro tip: there’s parking and seating in the back! Also, try their cookies!

PEGAH'S KITCHEN REVIEWS
4 words: gluten free French toast! It was delicious. I hadn't had French toast in almost 3.5 years since becoming gluten intolerant, and felt great after! They also have other gluten free options and great bacon. We showed up right at opening, 6am, after driving 11.5 hours on a road trip. The kindness of the waitress and great food made for a great start to the day :) Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.
Diner vibe with attentive service and ample food choices. My veggie omelet was amazing. I enjoyed it with a side pancake. My husband loved the corned beef hash! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and plenty of kid friendly meals. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.
Eggs Benedict were delicious!! The omelette was flavorful and portions were great. Service was friendly and fast.

KETTLE COFFEE AND TEA REVIEWS
Good Panini with avocado. coffee was normal...nice ambience. Enough parking around.. 5 stars because of the person who was standing on the street with the sign board, directing people to the store..I don't know his name, but he was very kind..he came over from the road and helped us get seated outside..god bless him..
The avocado toast is fairly plain but for $7 you get more than any other place I’ve ever been to! Good/chill music at a soft volume. There’s a book shelf and games. Some outlets to charge with. The bathroom need to be cleaned pretty badly.. but overall worth the visit!
Ordered a tasty small vanilla latte. Service is quick, baristas are kind. Vibe is amazing! Great place to do work as they have plenty of outlets around the shop.
