Good Times Cafe is an absolute gem! The chicken salad was delicious, packed with flavor, and so fresh. The Casablanca Burger was simply amazing—juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of bold taste. We also had the loaded fries, and they were insanely good! The 50’s themed decor was spot on and definitely set the perfect vibe. From the retro booths to the vintage details, it all made for such a fun atmosphere. The music choices were fantastic as well, really bringing the whole experience together. Can’t wait to come back.

First time here and totally loved the experience! It felt like a 50's with the best customer service ever. The waitress checked in often and even showed concern when my sweet potato fries came out a bit darker than normal. And the food, what can I say - it was absolutely delicious.

Awesome! Seriously! So a good! Had the Jailhouse Rock & Patty Melt, Oreo Shake & Chocolate Butterfinger Shake. Worth every penny!!! Add grilled jalapeños And most importantly, order buffalo chips!!!.

Love this place! Came to visit this cute spot while enjoying a little trip to Visalia for a family reunion. There was a bit of a line to place my order, but the line was quick. I ordered the avocado toast. It was so delicious. They had a lot of options for coffee and the cups were so cute! Definitely recommend this spot for breakfast.

First time stopping into Component Coffee on my road trip and it was such a great find. Katie at the bar was incredibly welcoming and made a fantastic cortado with their seasonal vanilla rose syrup that I am still thinking about. The space inside is bright and comfortable, with a really nice outdoor area too. It feels like it would double well as a coworking spot if you needed to settle in for a bit. The pastries looked amazing, and the coffee was exactly what I was hoping for mid-drive. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you are passing through Visalia.

This is the first 5 star I have posted in a while... and it is solely based on the Almond croissant!!!! It is the best one I have had the bread I perfectly flaky and crispy, the almond filling needs to be jard up and sold all by its self. It is balanced right on the edge of being too sweet but pair perfectly with a strong coffee. I am sure there are many other great food items at this place but as long as they keep making these croissants I will continue to come back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming the only down side is parking but its worth the trip.

I hope who ever comes across this review is in good health and a heart full of joy. This morning I had this random feeling of some coffee not knowing exactly what I wanted, what I did want is to support small and a local business. So being my first time I didn't know they had such a variety of flavors, I chose the Preacherman (snickers) flavor blended and let me tell you it was a flavor packed drink I recommend all of you to give them a try. You will not be disappointed, and the staff is friendly and I bet you will go back, I know I will. Keep up the good work and many blessings I send to your business in 2026.

Just went through with my husband and the girls working went above and beyond to make the experience one worth coming back to. I’ve been plenty of times before and have constantly loved coming, but this one in particular made me a raving fan.
