OH MY CUPCAKES! REVIEWS

Superior customer service!! I can't say enough good things about Oh My Cupcakes. There was a mis-hap during delivery, the cause of which was unclear because there was also another delivery to the same porch around the same time, meaning the delivered cupcakes were jumbled and jostled around inside their box. However, Madisyn immediately responded to my email, sent out replacements at lightening speed and even added a small bouquet of flowers (the delivery was for a birthday), which was over the top! The cupcake boxes came with pretty ribbon and a nice card too. We've been told the cupcakes are yummy and there is a large variety to choose from. They made the day special for my loved one and saved the day!! Many thanks to everyone there!

Last week I frantically called around to a few places that sell cake, looking for lemon cake with chocolate foresting, for a belated birthday gift. I was in a bind, felt so terrible about the overlooked birthday that I was determined to get exactly what the birthday girl wanted! After a few failed phone calls, I tried Oh My Cupcakes and the gentleman on the phone recognized that it was a strange request but offers to bake up and frost exactly what I needed. I picked them up in just under 2 hours! He was so great and so is their entire team! And I’ve heard back that the cupcakes were amazing!

Featured in my picture is the lemon drop! Oh my cupcakes has got to be top of my list for desserts in Sioux Falls. I love it so much they did our wedding in September 2021. 10 out of 10 recommend their delicious cupcakes any day!!!

Love love love! This was an incredible experience start to finish, was so quick and simple putting the order in at the shop and she was so lovely and kind with such a big selection of flavors and fillings. I ordered a cake for a kids birthday party on a slightly short notice, only two weeks, and it was perfect and for such a good price!! The kids loved it and I was so happy. Cant recommend The Cake Lady enough!

The Cake Lady and her team used the invitation for my nephew's baby shower as inspiration for the cake, and it was honestly perfect. We had so many compliments on the cake, I couldn't be happier. The flavors were delicious too. Thank you!

We had the Cake Lady for our wedding and it was amazing. Our wedding cake turned out fantastic and the guests loved the cupcakes! We had wonderful experiences with their customer service, and we couldn’t be happier.

This is definitely a local best! Every flavor is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. Perfect for occasions whether you’re buying the large cake, Personal serving, or the minis for events or parties. There is a size for any occasion! They do special decorations too for an extra charge with really cool candles that I can’t afford. There is other fun stuff you can purchase in the store . My favorite is the red velvet. The store is nice, clean and the atmosphere is friendly. Kind attentive staff. Seasonal flavors to keep you coming back for more! Highly recommend this place!

I ordered a delivery for Valentine's Day for my husband. Due to some system error, the store never got the order, but the Delivery dispatcher did. After trying to work with my surprised husband over this delivery they couldn't find, I got ahold of the store to figure out what was going on. After we worked it out, the manager of the store was so sweet, she sent the cakes to my husband anyway. They were delicious and we'll definitely order again - but maybe pickup next time :)

I recently used NBC for our wedding and it was great. We order more than our guest count as recommended by the staff because of the size of the bundtinis and the multiple flavors. When we left there were NO cakes left. Nobody ever has complaints about the cake or frosting and it was great to work with them on our wedding day :)
