I can't say enough great things about Chef Tyler and his incredible team at Catering by Cleavers! We recently celebrated my daughter's wedding, and ordering catering felt like a monumental task—especially since we wanted everything to be flawless. From the moment we chose Tyler, it was clear that we were in capable hands. My biggest worry going into the day was managing the flow of guests through the buffet. I've been to weddings where the lines felt endless, and that was not how I wanted our celebration to feel, especially when there were memories to be made on the dance floor! Chef Tyler completely understood this concern and delivered beyond my expectations. To our delightful surprise, all 250 guests were graciously and efficiently served within just 25 minutes. It was exquisite to see everyone indulging in the delicious dishes while effortlessly mingling. Tyler and his team’s attention to detail and commitment to providing a fantastic experience allowed our guests to truly enjoy the evening without the hassle of waiting in long lines. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted—the flavors, the presentation, everything was just perfect! They truly have an artist's touch when it comes to food that transforms a meal into a memorable experience. I've had the pleasure to work with Chef Tyler multiple times over the last 10 years; every experience has been a top 10! His planning and communication are thorough, food is delicious, staff is professional, and service always top notch. Most recently, Cleaver's catered our company ribbon cutting event. I'm pretty sure some people came just for the food! Every detail exceeded my expectation. My recommendation - start by giving Chef Tyler the freedom to create menu. His creations are always better than what I initially think I want.

Cleavers provided the meal for our daughter's wedding reception. Food was delicious and kept warm, service was professional and efficient. Tyler made the planning easy! Reasonably priced; will definately use them again.

Rolling Pin catered my wedding, and they deserve all the praise. Not only was the food super delicious, but Mike did everything to make sure our experience was top notch. The servers at our event were all so kind and even gave us a gift. Would recommend them to anyone.

Wow. We recently had an event and the food was amazing. The chicken in cream sauce was tender. The buns were so soft. We loved the caesar salad. The staff was professional and everything ran smoothly. Communication was great before the event. So happy.

We just used Roll'n Pin for our wedding and they did a fantastic job. The food was amazing and our guests (250+) got through the line so quickly. I would recommend to anyone who wants amazing wedding food at an affordable price and great service.

Chef Dom impressed us from our first phone call where we could hear his passion for food. My now husband and I, being foodies, were excited to have them cater our wedding. It was so easy to work with the team, taste dishes, and coordinate details. Most importantly, we had guests from all over the country, and they all raved about the food. The vegetarian guests were especially grateful to be served a real meal, not just salad/sides. Book Chef Dom, you won't be disappointed.
