I can't say enough great things about Chef Tyler and his incredible team at Catering by Cleavers! We recently celebrated my daughter's wedding, and ordering catering felt like a monumental task—especially since we wanted everything to be flawless. From the moment we chose Tyler, it was clear that we were in capable hands. My biggest worry going into the day was managing the flow of guests through the buffet. I've been to weddings where the lines felt endless, and that was not how I wanted our celebration to feel, especially when there were memories to be made on the dance floor! Chef Tyler completely understood this concern and delivered beyond my expectations. To our delightful surprise, all 250 guests were graciously and efficiently served within just 25 minutes. It was exquisite to see everyone indulging in the delicious dishes while effortlessly mingling. Tyler and his team’s attention to detail and commitment to providing a fantastic experience allowed our guests to truly enjoy the evening without the hassle of waiting in long lines. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted—the flavors, the presentation, everything was just perfect! They truly have an artist's touch when it comes to food that transforms a meal into a memorable experience. We were able to focus on dancing and celebrating, knowing that everyone was well taken care of. If you’re recently engaged or still searching for that ideal caterer, stop looking! I've had the pleasure to work with Chef Tyler multiple times over the last 10 years; every experience has been a top 10! His planning and communication are thorough, food is delicious, staff is professional, and service always top notch. Most recently, Cleaver's catered our company ribbon cutting event. I'm pretty sure some people came just for the food! Every detail exceeded my expectation. My recommendation - start by giving Chef Tyler the freedom to create menu. His creations are always better than what I initially think I want.

Cleavers provided the meal for our daughter's wedding reception. Food was delicious and kept warm, service was professional and efficient. Tyler made the planning easy! Reasonably priced; will definately use them again.

CHEF DOMINIQUE'S CATERING AND BANQUET FACILITY REVIEWS

Chef Dom impressed us from our first phone call where we could hear his passion for food. My now husband and I, being foodies, were excited to have them cater our wedding. It was so easy to work with the team, taste dishes, and coordinate details. Most importantly, we had guests from all over the country, and they all raved about the food. The vegetarian guests were especially grateful to be served a real meal, not just salad/sides. Book Chef Dom, you won't be disappointed.

We had Chef Dominique's cater our office Christmas party and it was fabulous. The food was delicious, and the staff was great to work with. We will definitely use the again!!! Thank you Chef Dominique's.

Tony's catered our daughter's wedding reception last Saturday. While anciticapting an outstanding worry - free experience, we were shocked and disappointed at the meat we were served. They didn't serve what we requested. Phone conversations weeks prior seemed sloppy and unprofessional. I should have known I would have needed to worry more and follow up ensuring our requested meal. I requested an email after our tasting to ensure that the requested items would be delivered for our reception. But I was immediately told they don't send emails. Phone call to the supervisor post event seemed sloppy and dismissive. I was disappointed in this supposedly highly rated food catering company.

We recently had Tony’s catering for our daughter’s wedding. The food was delicious and plentiful! The serving staff was amazing, and took care of everything in the most professional and friendly way! It took all the stress & worry out of the evening. Thank you.

I had Tony's catering last night at my brother and his new wife wedding reception. Taco Bar. It was very tasty. Highly recommended.
