Smallcakes Durham

I special ordered a cake from this location for my birthday. I had seen a picture of a black rainbow cake on the internet. I sent them pictures and explained what I wanted along with some additions to the original picture. I must say I am beyond satisfied. They were honest with limitations but still work with me to get what I wanted. The end result was amazing and beyond my expectations. The pricing was reasonable and it was a pleasure working with Small Cakes Durham. Thank yall so much for helping make my birthday special. The cake was everything I wanted and more. It was beautiful and delicious.

I LOVE cupcakes and this shop's cupcakes do not disappoint! I've been there a few times and have tried 4 of their 12 flavors- Pink Vanilla, Pink Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Birthday Cake. Every one of them was SO good! The cake is a delicious, dense cake and the buttercream frosting is a thick sugary delight! Birthday Cake is my favorite because it is just like the cupcakes my mom used to make for me. Love the rainbow sprinkles! I've also had their cake pops and highly recommend those as well.

We ordered a cake for my daughter’s graduation/ 18th birthday party. Smallcakes Durham did a phenomenal job accomplishing every detail we requested. Not only was it the most beautiful cake, it was incredibly delicious! It was super moist, too.
