DASHI REVIEWS
I have gotten the take home cook kit before during Pandemic and it was delicious But went in to the restaurant for the first time And OMG it was a big difference Truely EXCELLENT got the Tonkotsu ramen and Fried oysters both were Amazing. Me and my friend got our leftover ramen to take home I got my ramen but waiter accidentally grab someone's togo order and my friend got some chicken wings which were delicious as well .
So glad we went here! I would absolutely recommend Dashi. We arrived at 6 on a Monday and were sat promptly, and by 7 there was a line out the door! The miso ramen is stellar - crisp veggies, perfectly cooked egg, smoky chicken, and a well balanced, rich broth. I added the chili garlic butter and it melted into everything so nicely! We also got the bun of the day and the yuzu olive oil cake, both of which were 10/10. Cute little interior too (idk about the second floor, but the main floor was cozy and clean)
It's great here. I got the tonkotsu soup, and it's great. The taste texture is wonderful. also. The atmosphere it like an old home but modernized, and it's really chill and cozy. Out of all great food! (Bathroom is nice)

KANKI JAPANESE HOUSE REVIEWS
Our chef with Johnny antique truly was awesome he was extremely entertaining and exceptionally knowledgeable about his profession. Unfortunately I do not recall our waiters name but he was extremely polite and attentive. We actually love this place and we go here a couple of times a month because everybody seems to be awesome.
We love this place for special occasions. The table side cooking show is always entertaining! And the food is fresh, good quality and delicious!
If you have a large group, this is the place to be! They give you an ABUNDANCE of delicious food and you walk away happy! I'll be back...

KURAMA JAPANESE SEAFOOD REVIEWS
This is such a fun place to eat and the food is always great. I normally get the shrimp and filet mingon and it never disappoints. The filet is always perfect cooked and is a good quality meat. They have the best clear onion soup that I have ever had. It is always served nice and hot The prices are much more reasonable than other similar restaurants in the area and the wait staff are great! They always serve with a smile. I will say that some of the seats can be a little awkward to get into since you have to either scoot around the booth or step down off of a high step. That’s just a few in one area.
I’m from Houston Texas, I live in a City with Good Food n I can’t tell y’all rn, I’ve been in North Carolina for a week and this is the best food I’ve had while being here bc I’ve tried Cookout, Spicy 9, Updogs, etc and everything’s been either gross or mids but their food was DELICIOUS & you can see them cook it ???? Big portion sizes too and the customer service was great!
Held our annual company dinner at Kurama and it was stupendous! The food was delicious, our chef was fantastic, and the staff never allowed a glass to become empty. I would highly recommend this establishment.
