High quality, clean and delicious vegan eats! Lots of delicious variety to satisfy your soul food desires! The NC BBQ sandwich is amazing and I love how the slaw is on the side for you to add later. Make sure you get sweet potato fries with honey mustard as well as cornbread with hot honey to dip the cornbread into.

A hidden Gem in the Durham area. Ok, I’m a Meat eater so this is New to me. But a pleasant surprise great spin on the way we look at food choices. Reese took order she is an excellent young lady she was able to explain the menu options excellent food for the price point.

Wow! What delicious food! I haven’t come across much vegan soul food before and was so excited to try this — we had the NC BBQ Plate and a plate with three sides (mac and cheese, greens, and black eyed peas) and everything was just delicious. I’d definitely recommend stopping by.

Loved our visit here! The food was really flavorful. They have a lot of gluten-free options. We ordered the vegetable tacos with avocado, chai masala with oat milk, breakfast tofu burrito with potatoes and spinach, and strawberry lemonade with sea moss. Wow! So glad we stopped by. They also have high noon tea menu, and options for weekend brunch. There’s plenty of free 2-hour parking spots in the lot. Also, Chris was very nice and welcoming. Def try them out.

The vegan food served at Pure Vegan Cafe’s Durham, Nc location was par excellence for casual dinning! It is clean, spacious and was relatively quiet! I had a black bean burger Americano style and my SisterFriend had the Tikki burger and sweet potato fries! We also had chi teas and somosas! I am a picky eater and a good cook myself, and I would definitely come back and feel confident that my hunger would be satisfied, as well, as my taste buds! Thank you to the wonderful owner/manager and wait staff.

Extensive menu with lots of breakfast, appetizers, lunch/dinner, drinks, and dessert options! We are driving so we ordered everything to go - got the chipotle salad, Chana masala wrap, samosas, and biscoff cheesecake. We’ll definitely stop back by the next time we’re in town.

Cute vegan spot tucked away on the corner of Roxboro and Cornwallis offering a variety of thoughtful Cajun, American, and Soul fare. Cozy cafe, great old school music, very clean, and friendly staff. I got the Skrimp Po Boy with Cajun fries, Mackincheez, and collard greens -- everything was delicious and seasoned to perfection. Also very reasonably priced and Black-owned. Thank you Banu Vegan, I will be back.

This was without a doubt, some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had! And the salsa was lit! The best I’ve tasted! Service was not the fastest but very friendly and humble; they’re doing really good business with a very small staff. Definitely worth the wait and I’ll be back.

I had cheese steak with Mac and cheese. Hubby had jackfruit BBQ and chips. We also split a strawberry cake and sweet potato pie. Jackfruit was good. Cheese steak,Mac and cheese and strawberry cake were great. Sweet potato pie was amazing! We will definitely be back.
