SOULY VEGAN CAFE
4125 Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard, Durham, NC 27707 Directions
Soul Good Vegan Cafe is more than a vegan haven. They are committed to introducing everyone to the joys of veganism. They want to show that soul food can be meatless and still taste down-home. The current stereotype towards the title "Vegan" is that it is bland and expensive. The restaurant aims at breaking those perceptions with its flavorful food. They bring the "soul" to veganism. Soul Good Vegan Cafe (SGVC) is a company run locally and by relatives. The group was based on the ideals of "Family First" and "Health is Wealth." Goddess Deborah Webb began her journey into veganism through a relationship with one another. She then fell in love with the idea of her cuisine reaching out to the world. She began SGVC, with the aid of her fantastic family. She has managed to meet many people thanks to the continued support of her loyal customers and the vegan/vegetarian culture.
