We were in the market for a new car after my wife’s Subaru Crosstrek was totaled when a drunk driver ran a red light. We looked at new ones but she wanted the same color as her previous one, cool grey khaki, which is no longer offered. We were lucky to find a certified pre-owned with less than 10k miles on it at Dick Hannah. When I contacted the dealership I was matched with Ryan Singh. Ryan was amazing. Since we live in Seattle I wanted to get details on the car before driving to Vancouver. Ryan sent videos and pictures of the car, confirmed it was not previously smoked in and insured the car would be held for us. Ryan advocated for us and we were able to get a great deal on the car. When we were leaving he gave us extra water for the drive home and had the gas tank filled. Ryan was helpful, friendly and made the entire process easy. Awesome experience with a trade in!!! We typically go to Car Max so this was really different for us. We were there for a much shorter time than we have experienced at previous dealerships, good service (they offered us snacks and drinks!), and helped us find the perfect car. Shout out Chad our trade in specialist and to Haddon service manager for being kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. We plan on coming back to purchase again for our teenager because this was such a good experience.

My experience with dick Hannah Subaru was amazing! Rosa was the associate that helped me throughout the whole process of getting my first car! She was very attentive, and made everything easy for me. She was helpful with every question and concerns we had. Overall a 10/10 experience. If you go in definitely as for Rosa if you want the best experience.

I had such a good experience with Chris B and Keenan here. Chris was relaxed and helpful informing me about the BMW I test drove. I wasn't sure about the purchase and he kindly loaned me the car for a day, which made me feel much more confident in my purchase. When it came time to buy, it was a busy day and he handed me off to Keenan, who was great to work with. He made a personal connection with me which I really appreciated and helped advocate for me when making adjustments to the terms. Finally, Travis in finance was a great communicator throughout al the forms I had to sign. I’ve had bad experiences with dealers in the past and this was a breath of fresh air. After the purchase, the team followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the car. I even had my mechanic inspect it just to double check things, and Kendall’s inspection was already top notch because they didn’t find any major issues. I'd highly recommend this dealership. The whole team I worked with and I'm very happy with my new car.
