I have bought cars before but I've never had such an amazing and easy experience till I purchased at Dick Hannah Honda. There is only on person I will work with. Mr. Dominic Pinzone! I gave him a list of what I wanted a budget I wanted to stay in and this gentleman found me a SUV I absolutely love. Dom was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure if he didn't know he found me the answers right away which was amazing. He was kind, polite and had a great sense of humor too! I would give him a 10 stars for not being a typical "sales" guy!!! I appreciated that a lot.The purchasing process was smooth. Heck every thing about it took about 2.5 hours, now that right there was worth it. So if you want an experience of no stress and even some fun go find him! Dominic will help find you your perfect car too.

It was a quick and all around awesome experience buying my car from here. Antonio Barajas came in on his day off to make sure and help me through the process. They knew I was on a time crunch, but made everything work! Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable that it was so easy and comprehensible. I've had experiences with dealerships where they treated me poorly and I've gone on to purchase my vehicle elsewhere. I had the opposite experience here, where they treated me so well, I almost wish I could have bought two! Great experience all around. Donald was knowledgeable and efficient. Didn’t waste any time, got right down to business, which we Really appreciated. Had had some really bad experiences at other dealerships, but this more than made up for it. We are very happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership. We were in the market for a new car after my wife’s Subaru Crosstrek was totaled when a drunk driver ran a red light. We looked at new ones but she wanted the same color as her previous one, cool grey khaki, which is no longer offered. We were lucky to find a certified pre-owned with less than 10k miles on it at Dick Hannah. When I contacted the dealership I was matched with Ryan Singh. Ryan was amazing. Since we live in Seattle I wanted to get details on the car before driving to Vancouver. Ryan sent videos and pictures of the car, confirmed it was not previously smoked in and insured the car would be held for us. Ryan advocated for us and we were able to get a great deal on the car. When we were leaving he gave us extra water for the drive home and had the gas tank filled. Ryan was helpful, friendly and made the entire process easy. Awesome experience with a trade in!!! We typically go to Car Max so this was really different for us. We were there for a much shorter time than we have experienced at previous dealerships, good service (they offered us snacks and drinks!), and helped us find the perfect car. Shout out Chad our trade in specialist and to Haddon service manager for being kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. We plan on coming back to purchase again for our teenager because this was such a good experience.

My experience with dick Hannah Subaru was amazing! Rosa was the associate that helped me throughout the whole process of getting my first car! She was very attentive, and made everything easy for me. She was helpful with every question and concerns we had. Overall a 10/10 experience. If you go in definitely as for Rosa if you want the best experience.
