MORGAN JEWELERS REVIEWS

We have used Morgan Jewelers for several years now and they will be our go to jeweler for the rest of our lives. Not only are their pieces beautiful and come at a great price. But they were able to take diamonds out of earring studs from my late grandmother and put it into a beautiful ring that will replace my lost engagement ring and one will be passed down to my daughter. I'm so thankful for them and extremely happy with their work.

I had an amazing experience today at Morgan Jewelers. They have the most beautiful collection of jewelry and many pretty ones are on clearance. Lisa was great and very helpful. I will definitely go back for another special occasion to purchase something special. Highly recommended.

Went in to look at wedding bands with my fiance and we had an amazing experience talking to Bryce! He offered to clean my ring while my fiance was trying on different bands, and was overall extremely helpful and kind! I would 100% recommend this place, and we will be going back to Bryce for our future purchases.

Very nice and informed staff. Good selection of jewelry. The sales people that helped me were the best. Very prompt to assist, and they had an easy process for picking out wedding bands for any budget. We will probably shop here again for any future jewelry purchases.

I had a great experience when I happened into their shop. The gals there were lovely. very helpful! I had a link adjusted on my watch. they did it while I waited and didn't even charge me to fix it. Would highly recommend them and will be back for my my future jewelry needs.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The collection of on hand jewelry is more unique than any other store I visited during my engagement ring shopping experience. When I found a ring I liked, the floor manager helped me customize it into exactly what I had dreamed of.. Very friendly and professional.

I have to give my praise to them! I am so happy with getting the ring sized of my late grandmother. It’s my wedding ring now and the price was amazing. I brought a watch in that another store couldn’t get the back off and I think 6 or 7 more repairs that were minor but they did a great job and didn’t treat me like the minor repairs weren’t worth their time. Better than anywhere else.

I am not pleased with the work they have done. I brought in my wedding and engagement rings to be resized. Yes they fit well, they polished and cleaned my rings, but you can see the solder lines, some discoloration and cracks. Its clear they did not use enough material to fully solder the pieces together completely. I paid a good amount to have this work done by professionals and this does not feel like professional grade work. These two rings mean a lot to me and were passed down to me. Now I have to find a better professional to fix the work that they failed to complete.

They 'cleaned' my silver vintage ring and completely removed the black oxidation that intentionally gave the details contrast. They also double charged me- I paid cash when I dropped it off and then was told they didnt mark the receipt so they made me pay again. $50 resizing cost me $100 and now I have to figure out how to restore the black oxidation. The resizing is flawless though. Won some and lost some.
