Since i have moved in the staff has been very friendly and has helped me with any questions i have. the apartment is quiet and gated which is my favorite part as i have a two year old and want to ensure she not only sleeps through the night but i have peace of mind that she and myself are in a safe community, the apartments are very spacious as well.

5 stars! 10 stars if I could! I have been working with what seems like an appointed representative, who is very responsive and always has an answer. Avana Evergreen staff have been friendly, kind and reassuring with any issues I've brought up. The application process was a breeze with low fees. We were able to view the apartment by ourselves which alleviated any pressure. The grounds are nice, kept clean and we noticed a major plus of quietness and it was 4pm when we came to see the apartment. The patios are private and the layout of the home makes sense and flows. Low cost convenience amenities is also a great plus! We hope to live here for years!

We love living here! The office staff is always attentive and helpful. Courtney and Kayla are so friendly when we are picking up packages in the office. The maintenance crew is very efficient. The community is kept clean and fresh. We love that there is a dog park available. Our kids enjoy the playground and seasonal pools. The gym is a nice perk too. I would definitely recommend living here!

5 Stars – Beautiful Community, Excellent Management! Slade Ridge has been an amazing place to live! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home. The layout is thoughtful, and the natural light makes a big difference—plus, the views of the surrounding area are beautiful! What really sets Slade Ridge apart is the management team. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The community amenities are also a huge bonus—whether it’s the fitness center, clubhouse, or the peaceful walking paths, everything is kept clean and inviting. The location is perfect too—close enough to everything you need in Vancouver, but still quiet and tucked away enough to feel peaceful. I feel safe and comfortable here, and I’m proud to call Slade Ridge home. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live in Vancouver!

The whole team at Slate Ridge was very professional and kind. I have no complaints at all during my move in, time there and move out. I had a short lease at Slate Ridge, but would gladly move back if circumstances changed. Special thanks to all the staff at Slate Ridge. Other things I love about Slate Ridge: The cleanliness: the whole site is always kept up and clean. The unit was spotless when I moved in. The maintenance: always quick to respond and notice is always given in plenty of time if anything needs to be done in unit. The movie theater and community space- was great to host a gathering! Everyone loved it. The neighborhood: is just perfect. I will miss my walks around the tree filled grounds and also the beautiful neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants . My building was very quiet, and I never had any issues with noise in the complex. Also super close is the airport shuttle at the Fishers Landing transit center. Just a walk across the street , I used this quite often. It goes directly to the PDX airport. Thank you Slate Ridge !

Been here for many years!!! Definitely a beautiful apartment complex. So many different things to love about this place, the people are amazing especially Becca who works in the front office she Has always been super friendly and outgoing and always there to help if I need anything. The maintenance team is awesome. Ron has been working with slate ridge for awhile now and he’s always there to help out when I put in a maintenance request and always makes sure it gets done quickly.
