I’ve been taking my dog, Tessa, to Franko’s Dog and Cat Grooming ever since she was a year old, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every visit, Tessa comes back looking so fresh and clean, and she always seems happy and comfortable after her grooming sessions, which really speaks to how well they treat the pets they care for. The staff at Franko’s are not only professional but also genuinely caring. They always take the time to make sure Tessa feels at ease, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that they love what they do, and that passion shows in their work. One of my favorite things is the adorable bandana that they give to every freshly washed dog—it’s such a cute touch and makes Tessa look even more charming. I’ve always felt confident leaving Tessa in their hands, knowing she’s being well taken care of. It’s not just about the grooming; it’s about the love and attention they give to each pet. I highly recommend Franko’s to anyone looking for a reliable and caring grooming service. They truly go above and beyond every time.

Everyone at Franko’s is knowledgeable and friendly. My dogs are groomed very well each time and though I live in Portland Oregon it is worth the trip to Vancouver for such a positive experience.

MUDDY PAWS DO-IT-YOURSELF DOG WASH REVIEWS

At first the cost surprised me being almost double what our usual place is; however it was 100% worth it! The electric adjustable bathtubs, spouts that deliver soap automatically, and friendliness of the staff was outstanding! We had all supplies we needed and that’s saying a lot for my 180lb Newfoundland! Not having to have my best friend risk hurting himself slipping or jumping in and out of the tubs was such a great investment!! We will be back for sure.

Took my boy here for his birthday and we had the best customer service. Place was clean and the staff was very attentive to us. They also have a gated area for pups that may not get along with others.

Worth every penny . Spud did not like it but he's clean . Helpful staff used to bring Ruby now I bring spud.

My rescue kitty needed help with her long fur. They took a long time to shave her,because they wou l d work for a bit and let her decompress, then do some more. She is so pretty and soft. We will let it grow out during the warm season. This is a one in a billion place for both cats n dogs. I recommend them highly.

I've tried 3 different dog groomers it since I moved to Vancouver I have finally found the place! I have been using Jan's now since 2019. I wanted to update my post and show you how my girls came home in their little Santa scarves and the special Christmas pictures Jan's took and created refrigerator magnets for me! You cannot go wrong by using Jan's grooming.

Everyone here is so incredibly nice!! They take such good care of my Nena and their prices are fantastic! Cannot recommend Jan’s Grooming enough.
