Made an appt with Patrick. I showed up early (my fault) so he asked Cameron to assist in the sale. Tshey had the exact rare care that I wanted. No pressure Great test drive Cam was super knowledgeable and friendly. I was on the fence between mustang and truck (big difference I know) but there was no pressure just a straight honest car deal. Fair discount, fair trade value no nonsense. Jacob (sales manager) also great no pressure. We ironed out some basic numbers in person I went home to kick it around. Decided to go for it on NYE called them up submitted my credit app. Showed up at the dealer and maybe an hour or so later left happily driving my new mustang. The finance manager (wish I could remember his name) was honest straight forward. I never felt as if they were trying to pressure or sell me. Bought the extended warranty at a great price. Overall super happy with Bill Utter Ford. Glad I took the short drive out there, literally the easiest and best car buying experience ever.

Jason Robinson was a great salesman! Everything was so smooth and he truly cares about taking care of his customers! Finance guy was great! It didn't take more then 15 minutes to sign papers and be on our way home with our brand new Ford Edge!
