Randy was SO patient with me, and helped immensely with the purchase of a used 4runner. I took up most of his entire day, and he was so kind and helpful. Even told me about some awesome places to go explore that I hadn’t heard about! This review is a few weeks overdue- but he was truly fantastic. I’m so grateful I got to work with him, there were a few repairs that needed to be taken care of and he made sure everything got done! Highly recommend Mountain States, and if you have the chance to work with Randy for your purchase he will not disappoint!

Randy helped me with my 4Runner purchasing experience. He was fantastic! Couldn’t suggest him enough honestly. Very easy going, funny, and all around a good human. Randy helped me order my 4Runner in September, called me to let me know it was on its way in November, and kept me up to date on its delivery. The buying process was relatively easy, a little long but I feel that’s always how it goes if you are financing. Mountain states didn’t charge me extra for the Lunar Rock color, or dealership fees, unlike any other dealership I spoke with. If I ever need another new toyota Randy and mountain states are the ones!

Nothing but good things to say about this Toyota Dealer. I have been a service/sales costumer for years and never had a bad experience. Recently I got a new Corolla Cross and I was helped by Mr Dean McDonald who did a wonderful job explaining us every single detail of the cars we had as an option and about the purchasing process. He was always patient, kind and friendly. It is the only Toyota Dealer in Colorado that doesn’t charge the Delivery and Handling fee. They are absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.
