Herself and the rest of the staff were very friendly and very helpful in showing me their available options, as well as what could be done with custom work that was not immediately on display. I was able to though, upon my first visit, find the perfect type of ring I was looking for! Emily and the team were very transparent about their pricing, the timeline of the process, and what kind of coverage they provide for upkeep, repairs, and maintenance for the ring. Once I had placed my order, it was done earlier than expected and it came out incredible! My fiancée loved it and they included a free re-sizing of the ring if it did not fit initially. Overall, great experience and they have lots of other types of jewelry as well so I would recommend giving them a look if you are interested.

Kaitlyn helped me customize an engagement ring and she spent a long time working on it to get it the way I wanted. The ironic thing is I broke up with the woman who was to receive it.
