Ashley, Bobby, Gracie and Mark are always so kind and give you a great education/options on each stone or piece you are looking at. They also have a wide variety of price ranges and pieces in the store or can work with you to create your custom piece. Finally, the store is always so clean, feels elevated and organized. Loved our experience at Marks Diamonds! My fiance and I had the pleasure to work with Autumn for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I first met Autumn when she helped me get a sense of what I wanted for my engagement ring. She was very knowledgeable, gently encouraged me to try and explore various styles, and made the overall experience very pleasant. And, she was great with coordinating with my fiance so that the final design was still a surprise. We went back to get our wedding bands and I couldn't be happier with our choices.
