I had a very unique situation. Moving to Denver from NC. I called and told them what I needed. Angel helped my daughter find everything she needed from bed & mattress to sheets and blankets and will deliver it next weekend. These people are amazing! I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm South Colorado Blvd a couple years ago. Saeed was knowledgable and expeditious, so I knew when I needed another new mattress exactly where to go. Stopped by yesterday to find out my options, did some research on-line when I got home and returned today once convinced that I'm getting a Great deal. Once again the purchase process was streamlined by Saeed and my mattress will be delivered tomorrow.

I was in need of a new mattress. Not sure just what kind I needed for a replacement, Saeed-the man who helped me- looked up my last purchase for me and recommended some that were on sale. Within minutes, I had a new mattress picked and paid for. It will be delivered soon. Cannot say enough for Saeed and the great service he gave me. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Sharell at this location. There was a slight mix up with the delivery window, but Sharell was quick to jump on it and help get the issue fixed and my mattress delivered. Really appreciate the hel.

URBAN MATTRESS DENVER REVIEWS

My husband and I had a great experience at Urban Mattress. We spent a good couple hours in the store and appreciated the knowledge and attentiveness of the sales reps but never felt any pressure to make a purchase. We were looking at several beds ranging in price points and never felt pushed toward the higher end. We now have been sleeping on our new mattress for just over a month and our sleep quality has greatly approved. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend checking out Urban Mattress.

We’ve had the Iris mattress for two years and every night say “this is the best mattress”. It’s firm overall, but the wool topper gives just enough cushion to be cozy. Their customizable pillows are also fantastic because you get to decide how firm or soft you want by adding or removing filling. Customer service has been top notch. We’ve gone back to request more filling and they’re friendly and generous.

The overall experience from selecting the mattress to the delivery was fantastic. Everyone from the sales team to the delivery driver were professional, friendly, and they delivered as promised. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality mattress at a good price.
