I have lived here for over nine years and I would highly recommend. The views are unbeatable, with wall to wall windows, it’s beautiful. It is an older building that does not have a pool or millennial amenities, but the free gym membership across the street is a great gym. Because it’s older, the walls and concrete structure make for great noise cancellation unlike newer cheap builds, and I barely heard my neighbors. While many reviews complain about the elevators, this is a problem EVERYWHERE, including new builds. Management handles these issues promptly and do the best they can to keep residents updated and operate the freight elevators to assist. With that, I have had great interactions with the current management and Shelly in particular is a great help and really made improvements. Also, the maintenance crew are awesome, never had an issue getting requests answered and problems resolved in a very timely manner. The building also has a great cleaning crew that keep it sparkling despite the plethora of dogs.

First and foremost I am from Denver, Colorado and my biggest dream has been to live in a high rise building in Downtown Denver. The Apartments at Denver Place has been such a dream and I have been living here for almost a year! Mati, Melanie and Melissa are so diligent and caring! They are honest and hard working! Because of them I believe the past problems like the hot water has been solved permanently! I know I will be here for a while! The FREE breakfast and happy hour are the best thing besides the FREE gym membership and the views! Also my apartment is in amazing condition and I hardly have to put in any service request but if I had to get anything fixed Christian is on top of it and also working hard to make sure our community is at it's best! Thank you so much for being the best apartment downtown! AND ITS AFFORDABLE.

I've really enjoyed living here so far! Vincent is great and made me feel welcome from day one. Everyone in the office is great, super friendly, and very responsive! Building/units are in good condition, my kitchen and bathroom seem to have been updated somewhat recently. and the location is perfect - not to mention the views! Only downside for me is parking, (I was put on a waitlist) but otherwise absolutely no complaints, highly recommend.

Besides the beautiful city views that caught our eye, Andrew and Brandi Hall were the reason we ended up moving into our new apartment. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel effortless. We never once felt like we were being sold something — just good old-fashioned, genuine customer service from two friendly, approachable people who clearly care about what they do. Andrew, Brandi, and really the whole team were helpful, patient, and always available to answer questions without pressure. It felt more like talking to neighbors than leasing agents. Their warmth and professionalism truly set them apart and made the decision an easy one. We’re incredibly thankful for their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming leasing experience!.

I’ve been treated with a lot of care in this building. Yes there are a few problems, things break sometimes, but that’s everywhere you’ll live in a massive apartment building. Leasing is incredibly kind to me, and they have showed me that they DO in fact resolve issues as quickly as they can. I never expect perfection from a building with 300 tenants. I moved in, in November. Andrew has consistently been patient and efficient with all of our interactions. He’s really the best. Everyone who works the front desk is always in a great mood. The cleaning staff is consistently keeping things cleaned. Yes there are a few things that have broken, but none of them have deeply affected any of my days living here. They do hear the tenants out, and any issue presented is resolved in what i feel is timely. I love my unit to pieces, i love the location oh so much. I am satisfied with my choice here. Residents are VERY kind in passing and i never hear loud noises. I’m happy here.

I just moved in and have had a wonderful experience so far. Andrew at the leasing off is super helpful and kind. The building amenities are great. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There were a few maintenance items in my unit that were fixed the same day I submitted a work order. The views are unreal.
