Ryan was professional and efficient. He executed my install with ease and perfection! Also, he was very neat-minded, and everything was spotless and perfect when he left. To top off today’s install, Ryan even brought my Amazon packages in from the front porch. I’m very happy with my install experience, and the product is gorgeous. I’ve worked with Stoneside before, but I must say they’ve improved their customer service over the years, and I am very happy with the outcome. Quick, efficient, professional quality work.

What a wonderful experience working with Stoneside for window blinds in my new house. The staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout, making the experience truly enjoyable. The installation team exceeded expectations—not only did they expertly install the drapery, but they also went the extra mile by patching holes, steaming the curtains to perfection and walking us through each step. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the exceptional quality of the curtains and the final result. We highly recommend this company to anyone seeking top-notch custom drapery.

Dawn and Nicole were great! They were very patient and helpful throughout the whole process, especially when we were indecisive about the curtain color we wanted. They promptly scheduled a visit with Suzanne Hayes, who was incredibly thorough and patient. We spent a couple of hours reviewing fabric and shade options, and she provided multiple quotes at different price points without any pressure to buy. After deciding to move forward, Suzanne returned the next day to finalize payment. Within a week, someone came to take precise measurements, and just five weeks later, our beautiful new shades were installed. The fabric is stunning, and I love the convenience of the Hunter Douglas smart home features. I couldn’t be happier and plan to finish the rest of my home with them later this year when the budget allows.
