He constantly communicated with me and, Frank in finance who was also great and understanding, gave me his cellphone number in case I needed any further assistance and explained all my Benefits and warranty options. Good evening, usually my services at the Jeep dealership are quick, but this time, my name wasn't called to let me know my vehicle was ready, I had to go to the cashier on my own.
