Dave was very professional and courteous. Came to us when we came into the store and introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and pointed to the areas most of the chairs we were looking for would be. And then lets us look around by ourselves. When we found what we liked he came over and told us all about the chair. Described very well all the line items on the invoice.
