Came to us when we came into the store and introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and pointed to the areas most of the chairs we were looking for would be. And then lets us look around by ourselves. When we found what we liked he came over and told us all about the chair. Described very well all the line items on the invoice. It was and has always been a very great pleasure shopping at LaZBoy.

Walked into Grands today just to do some browsing. Typically I avoid floor sales like the plague. Mr. Miguel delighted my family and made our experience much better. We were all over the place and he was overly patient, showed us only the options that made sense and never once made us feel pressured. If anything just the opposite.
