SYLVAN LEARNING OF CHESAPEAKE REVIEWS

Our daughter was struggling in math last year. We live in Moyock so I started to look for a tutor and there was only online tutoring that I could find. So I called Sylvan Learning in Chesapeake! Their process for assessing where the student is in each academic area is important because they use this data to create the tutoring program. Each staff member is incredible. They go above and beyond to see that your child experiences success! They have meetings with you every 4 weeks to talk about your child's progress. They have a reinforcement system that my daughter loved. She got to earn tickets and then used them at their store for gift cards, toys, etc. My daughter went in with no confidence and walked out getting caught up to where she should be & even said she was going to miss this place. I would recommend everyone to use this program if their child needs it! Excellent company. I do not have anything other than compliments! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

The entire staff and teachers here are incredible. My child was falling behind in school and they were able to turn her results around within weeks. They not only help your child stay current with their school curriculum but also foster a love for learning and academics from a young age. 10/10.

Sylvan has been great. My two children are enjoying it and the tutors are patient and make it fun. We have seen a difference in their work at school too. The staff is always helpful and responds to my questions quickly. Their actions show that they care.

Such an amazing tutoring service! Mrs. Sarah and her staff are amazing, very kind, professional. Sarah's personality and dedication to provide quality service sure make it easy for the kids to love and be comfortable and confident around her. I am very glad I found Grade Power and that my 3 years old is thriving! Reasonable pricing and schedule, Mrs. Sarah is very flexible and understanding if changes in tutoring times or date needs to be made, she sure work things out to accommodate you! They definitely love what they do and are the best at it.

Gradepower prep academy is the best academic learning center for any child. The staff is beyond amazing . When my son initially started , he was unable to read and write on a 5 year old level and he was 8. He is now 10 and currently reading and writing at his grade level.Grade power created and developed a plan that accommodated my son’s learning style. I highly recommend this learning academy for any child thats struggling academically. Thank you Mrs .Sarah and Mrs.Angela you both are amazing and I appreciate all you do for the kids at Grad power.

Virtual learning at the beginning of the school year was new and difficult for my daughter because she is a visual learner when learning math. Mathnasium has been outstanding for my daughter. Also, my daughter plays basketball and run track the flexible late hours has help tremendously in my daughter keeping her grades up. This has been the best investment I did to help my daughter succeed and to keep her grades up in math. Now she is preparing for the upcoming SAT & ACT exams with the assistance of mathnasium. I am confident the extra help and time provided from the instructors has given my daughter the boost she needs.

The tutors at Mathnasium of Chesapeake are amazing. They MAKE the experience and are starting to feel like old friends. My daughter has improved her math skills and knowledge by an entire grade level in three months. She ALWAYS looks forward to going! I can't say enough good things about Mathnasium. The curriculum is tailored to each individual child and presented in easy to understand worksheets with incentives. As much as I love the curriculum, the people at Mathnasium are the key ingredient to success in this equation. Money VERY well spent.

This place is excellent, top to bottom. Love the people who work there. They have really made a huge and positive difference in my daughter's life when it comes to her confidence and math knowledge. Will continue to be a loyal customer.
