Jerri helped me find ring that was $1000+ ring for $500. She was very helpful and super sweet. She wasn’t too pushy for us to buy as other sale people may make you feel almost forced to buy which sometimes pushes people away and feel uncomfortable. She was Just very informative. I went into segal & co to have my engagement ring sized and appraised. I initially called and they missed it but promptly called me back and discussed potential pricing and a quick turn around time. They were able to add a piece of gold to the inside of my ring to allow it to feel tighter. It ended up being a bit too tight but they are adjusting it for me at no charge! They got the ring back to me very quickly as discussed on the phone call and were super kind through the entire process. Definitely recommend them for your resizing and appraisal needs!
