Had to get the car inspected and waited until the last minute. This seemed like the ONLY place that could get me in. I was AMAZED at the customer service! The girl at the front, Crystal, was so friendly. And she actually knew what she was talking about. Wasn’t just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, like a thousand other places. It didn’t take forever to get my inspection and the waiting area is super cozy. Would definitely recommend.
They took great care of me! It was late in the afternoon and I needed a tire right then. My wife was heading out on a 200 mile trip the next day when one of her tires caught a nail and went flat. They had the tire that I needed. (The first three shops that I tried didn't.) They installed it right then and saved us from a huge conundrum! They just picked up a new customer!

Jacob who service my vehicle informed me about my tires, how to better handle these situations in the future, knowledge about tools/equipment I needed, tire options and pricing. He was very informative and helpful in this process and I appreciate his help very much! Was not a long process at all.
This business is awesome. they take care of you and they are quick and have good prices. When I wanted to get 35 inch tires mounted they were only shop close to Chesapeake that would even do it. If you need tires and you are on a budget this your place.
