CHABILL'S TIRE & AUTO SERVICE REVIEWS

I brought my car in today because I believed it needed an alignment. Their test showed that it did not, but instead of performing the alignment and charging me like most shops would, they addressed the problem by rotating my front tires for free. Honesty and customer service is not something you usually get these days. They provided both. I will be using them again in the future.

I could not be more pleased with the fast and friendly service I received. Chris at the Burbank location not only promised me same-day service, he did so in a way that relieved my concerns about the challenges I was experiencing with my vehicle. I highly recommend Chabill's. I will be returning if the need ever presents.

Great facility, employees, and service! They were able to quickly identify the problem with my car (needed a new started) and replaced it the same day, all for a reasonable price. Very happy and will be returning to this location in this future.

I came in for an engine problem thinking it was one thing but not knowing the source of the problem. After I explained the sound my engine was making, the manager assessed the problem and evaluated what he thought was the problem. His explanation was thorough and made sense to me. When I picked up my truck the problem was gone and my truck ran smoothly with more power than it had before. I look forward to taking my truck there again the next time I need service. A very satisfying experience.

They said they could not take care of it for us but they recommended a shop that could! Great customer service. We will continue to do business with them.
