Great experience on every level! Brandon was so knowledgeable, friendly and super patient... I probably asked 200 questions and was all over the place but he seemed very happy to help! John was just as helpful with making sure we had all the stats before we pulled the trigger. He gave us all the info multiple times and did not make us feel any kind of pressure to buy. He was extremely personable... felt like he was going through the process with us! He helped out huge with the price as well and made everything light and fun; which is so important. I would give it a 6 star rating for sure. Buying a mattress is stressful. Its a financial stress and you are kind of committed to it for a while, so picking one is so nerve racking.... Memorial Day staff was on point and we bought a new tempurpedic with and adjustable base! Never would have thought to get a base but both the sales guys from Connecticut and one from New Jersey were outstanding in their presentation so we just had to buy it!.
