3 Best Towing Companies in Baton Rouge, LA

Bought a truck from a gentleman in Baton Rouge that wasn't running, so I called around for towing quotes. Mia, the owner, was by far the friendliest person I spoke with and also had the best price. We scheduled the tow for the next day, and the driver arrived right on time. He kept me updated on his arrival and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. It's hard to find companies that still provide this level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again if I ever need another tow.

My daughter's hybrid Ford Escape lost its high voltage battery charge when she came home to Colorado for a few weeks. The first road side service company wasn't used to working with that issue and wasn't willing to to try to get her going. So we called for a tow truck to get it to a Ford Dealer to have it serviced there. Reggie from Hayes Towing & Recovery got there to pick up, but offered to try to jump the battery before loading up. Got it the first time and then after letting it run for a bit, had her turn it all the way off and start up again. Worked fine. As an out-of-state dad, I cannot say enough about Reggie going the extra mile. If all of the employees of Hayes are like Reggie, I will not hesitate to recommend them. I have already let our insurance company know how great their service was. I told my daughter to have let her friends know that if they ever need roadside assistance to call Hayes. After waiting 10 hours for another towing company to tow my car 4 miles I finally found Cool Cats. They arrived in under a half hour(!!) and had the car hooked up and gone in 5 minutes. Excellent job! I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

So, I have to give them their tens! They got to us in a reasonable amount of time considering it was prime quitting time in BR, towed us to denham quickly & price was SUPRISINGLY low price. We were shocked, honestly. So, yeah just wanted to review them and make sure we give them a great review. Saved the day for us & it was super painless, quick, and straight to the point.
