I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff here really go out of their way to help. I especially want to give a shoutout to Makayla and Owen — both have been super friendly and professional every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Whether it was maintenance requests, lease questions, or just general info, they’ve always been quick to respond and easy to talk to. It makes a big difference knowing there are people on-site who genuinely care. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a solid and stress-free living experience.

The apartments alone are worth it, there aren’t many ones in Baton Rouge that look as modern with amenities I can actually see myself using. What I’m most impressed with, rather who I’m most impressed with, is Makayla Wilson. It had to be almost 2 years ago since I last toured the property and the moment I walked in 2 years later, she remembered me and greeted me like an old friend. You can say it was because I was already in the system, but it was the genuine happiness to see that I was back that I appreciated and that she remembered conversations we had all that time ago. Truly impressed. I’ll mention I didn’t accept a lease last time because I wanted to live under my means At the time. God has blessed me since then, and I’m looking forward to staying here with people like Makayla in the office.

I email the office pictures of my plants and dog and they reply back. Maintenance will show up a few hours after you put in a ticket. Lots of parking, fairly quiet. I renewed my lease.

I've had a fantastic experience living at The District Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to the exceptional property management team. From day one, they’ve been responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are comfortable and well taken care of. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently, often less than 4 hours. BRANDON and DARIUS will always show up to fix any broken appliance within 3 to 4 hours after a maintenance request is sent. The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer questions or help with any concerns. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized community. What really stands out is their consistent communication. Whether it's updates about amenities, community events, or simple reminders, they keep residents informed without being overwhelming. If you're looking for a place where the management truly cares and works hard to create a positive living environment, I highly recommend The District Apartments.

Top Notch Service!!! My daughter has been a resident here for almost a year and management and staff have been extremely responsive, respectful and transparent. When I requested carpet replacement, the installation was scheduled at my convenience, the installer was on time, did an amazing job, and cleaned up afterwards as if I cleaned! When a ceiling fan motor stopped working, the repairman arrived the same day the service repair was reported, helped me move furniture, installed a brand new beautiful fan, and left the space nice and clean! The timelinesses, responsiveness and professionalism of The District Team is impressive - Top Notch!

I’ve only lived here for 9 months and had to move due to job relocation, but I really enjoyed my time here. I would’ve definitely renewed my lease if I still lived in Baton Rouge. Jayda and Briell were always helpful and the maintenance team addressed all of our work orders pretty quickly. I’d recommend living here!

THE HIGHLAND CLUB REVIEWS

I absolutely loved living here. Every experience with the front office was lovely. They send out a monthly newsletter offering a treat or meal and host the best parties! The grounds are always clean and the pool is perfection. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We stayed at the Highland Club for a year back in 2016 and it was a great experience. Now my sister is looking for an apartment and she chose the Highland Club because of the location, and the property itself. Along with that though, the gals in the office have been incredible to work with. Talissa, Kiersten and Shelly have been first class!

So far I’ve been here for 4 months, the apartment is gorgeous and the community is amazing, biggest shout out to Tallissa on handling our move in phenomenally, she did an incredible job on making the moving process easy and very welcoming.
