These guys are extremely honest and knowledgeable. They take pride in their work and care about customer service. Over the years, I have sent to them multiple autos with a wide variety of issues and they identified and resolved every issue my cars have had, including issues the dealership missed! I called in the morning to get an estimate and was given an honest answer and education on what could be the problem, what they would do to find out and how they would fix it. Once my car arrived they quickly did their analysis, called and confirmed with me and then got to work. I appreciate them being courteous enough to not only do what I needed but also not to try and upsell and guilt me into doing a bunch of unnecessary work my car didn't need. I went there ready to spend about $700 and they looked at my issue spent a few min checking it out and said it should work now you had a loose connection. I went to David Stanley first and they charged me $100 so they could tell me it would be $1000 something to fix. So I called Mr. Transmission first/before I went there and they said to replace the parts you are talking about and the labor would be around $700. So I went to them and left paying $25 because I insisted on paying. The owner was. Very nice and did not want to charge me because they figured out the problem in a few mins and did not have to install any parts.
