We bought custom furniture and rugs from Bob Mills. They have incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. It was so nice not be stalked through the store while looking as well. Giovanni was our sales rep and was always available for questions but was not intrusive. Ursula was the fabric specialist and knew everything about every type of fabric and availability in that store, truly amazing! She went above and beyond showing us what it would all look like in a room our size. She helped with color choices and was genuinely excited for how it all turned out. Stefan in rugs was so good about taking the time to explain all the ins and outs of rugs how size affects the space, materials, and rug care. Nick in rugs was amazing with our first purchase and when we had an issue with the color was kind and lovely about exchanging the rug with no additional cost or inconvenience. I am extremely happy with the purchases we made and so thankful for all the good advice from obvious experts. The level of customer service, positive attitudes and help we received were above and beyond what I have experienced in a long time. I will not buy from anywhere else for major furniture purchases.

I had a great experience at Bob Mills Furniture store with Sonja! So much fun. Had to have the just right feel of the living room furniture. Then we customized the furniture with extra firm framing (no sag) and my favorite, picking the fabric colors. Base color will be wren wheat, pillows will be blue/multi color/wren wheat. I love the vibrant pop of color! Every day my back will be happy with the extra firm support.

Finally replaced my living room furniture after about 10 years. Our salesman Jacob was patient and showed me every piece that met my qualifications. It took a while as I was torn between two sets. I ended up buying the Gabrielle set, nice light brown sofa and loveseat. It also came with a recliner, I didn’t really want it, I didn’t think I had space but took it. I fall asleep in that chair nightly it’s so comfortable, glad Jacob talked me into taking it. This is my 3rd time buying here I highly recommend them.

I've been to dozens of furniture stores and Living Spaces has a wide selection and affordable prices for high quality items. Honestly, I love that they don't work on commission and that everyone there (the four times I visited) was extremely helpful, open, pretty jovial in nature, and knowledgeable. They don't vulture you. It felt like they actually enjoyed working there and wanted to help out. And you know it's genuine because they're not getting paid any extra to do it. And the icing on the cake of course was the reversible chaise of my dreams I had been searching everywhere to find. And you could get it in BLUE! Loved my experience there even despite the hassle of having to pay a higher price due to tariffs. The people gave me an experience that made me happy to do business there regardless.
