I was greeted by the store staff as soon as I entered the store, my questions were very professionally answered. The staff went out to diagnose the problem in my car as I waited in their relaxing lounge. They did new keys and re-program my car in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to everybody, and their charges are very affordable compared to others as I shopped around.
I will confidently recommend my family and friends to Security Lock Service. My new-to-me vehicle suddenly decided to stop recognizing the ignition key. Everything involved with the resolution process was difficult; this was a new experience. My roadside assistance service and the assigned provider were extremely difficult. But...these guys fixed it all. My tech was prompt and courteous. He also took the time to listen to me. He arrived cut my key, programmed my new fob to my vehicle. Very fast service, I called to have someone unlock my car, and someone was at my house within 30 minutes. My car is pretty difficult to crack open, and he got the job done super easy and speedy. They had very reasonable prices as well. Called other places in the area and their prices were significantly higher. I would highly recommend this business. My family has depended on Mayfair Lock and Key to repair locks (door locks and deadbolts) and once they researched and obtained a key to an antique gum all machine. Polite and professional. They have made additional keys for family members' houses and keyed locks to a couple of houses that I own so that teenagers have access to the property for safety during school years.
