I can’t say enough good things about this location and specifically Bob Miller! Bob was well informed and able to answer all our questions. We ended up looking at a few and coming back a couple weeks later and he remembered us! It’s hard to find good customer service these days and we will certainly be coming back to this location if/when we need another mattress. Thank you, Bob!
Debbie and Travis were amazing to work with. Debbie took the time out to talk to us about every mattress we sat on (which were a lot). We came the weekend after Black Friday, and they were the nicest two people we’ve met during this holiday weekend! We bought a king for the queen price, a free adjustable frame, free pillow, and we ended up buying a mattress protector too! They explained the warranty for all products we bought/received- and explained the delivery process as well. I cannot say better things about this store. Honestly, I only came back and bought the items due to Debbie. SHE IS AMAZING!!
Absolutely amazing service from Travis. He was very patient, answered all of the tons of questions we threw at him, and was very polite.
