I must say our visit was soo much better than we expected! Our intentions were to simply pop in, make a choice and leave. We were attended to by Bobby at the Oklahoma City location and he went above and beyond the call of duty. His body of knowledge regarding sleeping, the body, the mattresses and what were the elements that went into a good night's sleep was amazing! Our choice was ultimately made on sound elements that were pertinent and we were extremely pleased. It's always great when employees are knowledgeable and trained on what they do - and can actually translate that into proper guidance and customer service!

If you go in store I recommend working with Mr Marvin at the northwest expressway location! He was a pleasuredoing business with. We went in right before closing on a Saturday night with no intention on purchasing, but he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get in the right bed for both my and my husband's needs. The prices were unbeatable and the bed was delivered the next business day. The movers, Adrian and Roberto were fast and friendly as well and provided information on how to care for the mattress etc. We'll be back for my son's bed soon. Great experience.

The representative of the Mattress Firm was polite and found exactly what i was looking for in sleep comfort. I'm excited to receive my bed in two weeks + happy with the return policy should I decide on a different mattress.

My experience here was amazing! David S. was very personable, and let us take our time without hovering. He gave us a good rundown of where things were and let us do our thing. We got to talk and try out the beds without feeling self conscious. It was so nice to try out the beds in person and find the perfect bed for us. We also got approved for the no interest financing so that was the cherry on top.

TBH I went here to get information to make a purchase online. Toni took care of me perfectly. She helped me find exactly what I needed and I Purchased here the very same day. There are no words that could express my happiness with Toni, The Mathis Bros, or my Matrix mattress. Best of all my sleep pain is resolved. Thanks Toni!!!!

I could not have been more impressed with this company especially with the excellent service I received from Alan in sales and Ethan and Brian during the delivery. Alan was extremely accommodating and helpful when I went in to purchase my bedding and Ethan and Brian were nothing short of professional courteous and helpful with the delivery. I honestly cannot say enough about these 3 gentlemen and the wonderful experience they provided. I highly recommend Mattress King for anyone looking for a high quality product with the service to match.

Terry McCracken, was so friendly and showed us all the benefits of each mattress so that we could make an Informed decision. Tyrone and Kyle where the delivery men and what a blessing they were to meet and they really made sure our mattress where totally in the right places and took care of our old mattress to make sure it didn't get soiled. They are all top shelf.

Larry was a great sales rep. He wasn’t pushy, he knew his stuff and sold us a great mattress!! The entire process was easy peasy and they’ll deliver it the next day! Everything was in stock. So grateful! Thank you, Larry! We will be coming back when we need a new mattress for our daughter.
