This is a reliable, independently-run shop with mechanics who are probably as well-trained as those working for dealers. I've never had a bad experience here. The prices seemed fair and below what the dealer wanted, when I sought competitive quotes. I am returning to this shop for my next major issue with my older Lexus.

We were very pleased with the level of professionalism and service we received at Anderson. I especially appreciated the “on the fly” updates that were conveniently sent to my cell phone so I knew the status of the repairs and when the job was completely finished. In addition, reviewing the estimate and approving the work to be completed was a simple process which was an added bonus. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We certainly plan to return…just hopefully not too soon!

I love to support a small business. I appreciate that I can make appointments online, since I always forget when they are open. I also appreciate that there are set appointments, instead of drop off for the whole day for just an oil change (like other places). Very reasonably priced.
