I thought I needed a tow after a protective piece under my car came loose driving down 435. I was able to get off the highway but was in a weird spot off the ramp. Dispatcher Sam, worked with me to figure out where I was and send drivers Cody & Sebastian to come help. They were able to figure out what came loose and worked out a temporary repair on the spot so I could get to the mechanic safely, saving me a tow fee. Everyone I talked to at J&K was extremely professional and the drivers arrived quickly. shout out to Sam, Cody and Sebastian for saving my afternoon and getting me on my way safely.

I received help from JK yesterday and i first want to say, i was called immediately with a pleasant update of my driver, his whereabouts and eta. The lady i spoke with was such a pleasure as well as my technician , i believe his name was Jake, for sure starts with a J but he was as well very pleasant and helpful. Got the job done for a tire change and got me back rolling. Appreciate you all so much.

First time using their service. They were really friendly and informative. I called other tow businesses prior to them, and they were rude and short when asked about services/prices! When I called simple tow, they were the total opposite. I had a great experience with them and it was a decent price too! Definitely recommend.

Simple Tow made, what could have been a much more stressful situation, managable. I had a family member whose car broke down in the middle of the street. I called my mechanic, Dipman Auto, and they referred me to Simple Tow. I called the tow company, they dispatched someone right away, the car was picked up, and dropped off at the mechanic without an issue. And, I thought the rates were reasonable. I had a 2011 Silverado 1500 that wouldn't start after getting jumped so I gave simple tow a call. The guy in the tow truck was very kind and even took a look at the truck for me even though it was 2 degrees out. He was able to get it to start thanks to his knowledge and skills. This company deserves 5 stars for going above and beyond!
