I recently had an incredible experience with KC Mattress City that truly exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond in the store and during delivery. The mattress itself is fantastic, offering great comfort and support, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service. It’s rare to encounter such dedication to customer satisfaction, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Mattress City. The staff was very nice, answered questions when necessary, and was not pushy at all to make a sale. They helped us load up our mattress into the truck and tie it down. Plus, it's always nice to support a family business. Highly recommend.

We order a low profile box springs for my mom. The price and delivery prices were excellent. It was delivered and installed in less than two hours after we ordered over the phone. I highly recommend KC Mattress City.

We were looking for a comfortable mattress for our RV and didn't want to spend a great deal since it would not be used often. I explained what we were looking for in terms of comfort to our sales person, Brian and he found several reasonably priced options. He was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I purchased two mattress sets from John Schneider for a new home I just built, and I experienced nothing but excellent service. After my first visit to Mattress Firm, I went home and researched the quote John provided me. When I returned to Mattress Firm, John was able to provide me a better package than I had found elsewhere. If a person needs a new mattress, I totally recommend John Schneider. I will definitely use him again should I need another mattress. No complaints.

Annette at Matress Firm is Amazing! Super Knowledgeable and Incredibly Helpful. We bought a Matress from her last year and came to see her Specifically to Purchase the Adjustable Bed Base. Delivery was just Completed. The Entire Matress Firm Crew is Great.

We purchased the King Sapphire mattress. It is the most comfortable bed I have laid on. It is very spacious and Bill was fun and super friendly. The price was just right for the quality and Brett, the gentleman that delivered was also awesome! Customer service was great and both made us feel good about our purchase. I highly recommend this place for your mattress needs of if you are looking for something more comfortable to sleep on. The best part was allowing us to lay in as many beds and try them out for ourselves.

Bill was so helpful and understanding of my husband’s health issues. He wasn’t at all pushy and guided us to the best mattress for our needs, not the most expensive one. When there was a minor misunderstanding about delivery, Bill came over himself to help! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Box Drop to anyone looking for a quality mattress at a reasonable price! Thanks so much.

Solid experience. Bill isn’t an aggressive salesman so you get a quality buying experience with no pressure where you end up with the mattress you want at a very reasonable price. Delivery was cheap and on the same day. I would recommend trying to find a mattress here before you go to one of the chains.
