3 Best Apartments For Rent in Olathe, KS

I toured Satori Olathe recently and was honestly very impressed. The whole community is gorgeous—everything felt really clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool and amenities were super nice, and the apartment layouts were spacious. I LOVED the attached garage. The staff was friendly and made me feel really welcome during the tour. Definitely one of the nicer communities I’ve seen!

To whom it concerns please nothing larger than what fits in the trash receptacle. The staff here is wonderful but this is out of their control. I love the indoor/outdoor aspect of my home. I open my patio door and love enjoy the fresh air.

Benjamin with maintenance was fantastic. Our air conditioning went out last night and he showed up this morning and was able to fix it quickly. He was very patient and even handled our other maintenance requests even though we didn’t put an order in. He was super kind and helpful! Best experience we’ve had so far with maintenance in our 3 years living here.

We have been living in Wyncroft Hills for about 4 years now and love it. We also referred some of my friends here and they also enjoy it. Over the years there were some disappointing issues about maintenance or however the management is always responsive to our concerns. They are always friendly and helpful any time I call or stop by. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants,park is very nice.

Apartments were super awesome. Staff was always kind and able to fix most issues same day. The only bad thing is parking is a nightmare. If you have more than one car your in trouble but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

I have lived in apartments the majority of my life. I have seen the good and the bad throughout time. I currently live at Wyncroft Hill Apartments and find them to be the best value for your money. The apartments are nice, the office staff incredible, and maintenance takes care of issues in a timely manner. Sometimes it may take time to get repair parts however, this a cause of the pandemic and other worldly matters. I see many people who give low ratings and general these are people who create their own problems by not taking care of their unit or just bad renters. They blame their issues on someone else rather than seeing the fault lies withing themselves. I love the convenience of shopping within the area and the many restaurants. The diversity of renters is also good. I plan on living here for a long time to come.
