The dealership was not willing to honor the warranty as the issue did not meet their criteria for replacement. Anderson provided me with compelling documentation for the repair to be honored, under warranty at the dealership. I recommend this company. Took my genesis to them for a soft close door issue, THEY found that my car was still under the factory, bumper-to-bumper warranty. I needed a brake job done on my truck. I tried myself and one of the bolts 100% stuck. I could NOT get it to budge. I had a brake shop in town do the other 3 sides for other reasons. That shop told me they also could not get the stuck bolt to come loose and would have to cut the caliper off. I decided to ask around for quotes to see what the cost would be. When I explained to Christian Brothers what I needed to be done, a manager came over to help listen to what I needed. He said I have never seen a brake bolt he could break loose and "was the truck outside." What I saw happen was "Challenge accepted!". 1 hour later I drove away with the brakes done. I could not believe they not only broke the bolt loose, but did it on the spot with no appointment. I am a customer for life.

I went in for a wheel alignment and ended up needing my axel replaced, I was informed within the hour of what needed to be done, how long it would take and the price. I originally came in on a Friday and was expecting everything to be completed by Monday evening, of course with shipping that didn’t happen but someone called me right away and gave me multiple options to get everything taken care of quickly.
