I had suspected a coolant leak in my car and called to see if I could set up an appointment for an inspection. I was able to bring my car in just a few hours. Unfortunately, the coolant leak couldn’t be fixed due to my car being a vw but they refilled the coolant for me free of charge. I spoke with Ken throughout the process who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and even referenced some other places I could take my car to. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for someone they can trust has their best interest.

I bought some headlights from Advance Auto Parts and the cashier recommended I go next door to Car X to have them installed. Ken, the manager installed them for me for free. But he also noticed that the wiring hub inside one of my headlights was bad so I returned the next day to have it replaced along with a new set of headlights. I definitely appreciate the service that Ken has provided me. He gave me a great deal and his service was excellent. He’s very friendly, personable, and professional.

Today was my first time using Car X - it was a great experience!! Ken, I am assuming he was the manager, took care of me with much ease and was very friendly and professional. One of the technicians came in, and we discussed the work that was going to be done - again, very professional. I will definitely be going back to Car X!!! Julie
