Escondido German Auto

This was my first visit to Escondido German Auto to have my 2021 Mercedes Benz E350 serviced after previously having my vehicle serviced at a Mercedes Benz dealership. I have found everyone at EGA to be very friendly and helpful. Besides completing the service work, they also provided me with a ride after dropping off my car. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle, my car was washed and looked fantastic. The cost to provide the 50,000 mile service was significantly less expensive than at the dealership. I will definitely continue to use EGA in the future.

I came to EGA, in hopes of getting an easy warranty fix. It turned into an absolute nightmare. EGA quickly fixed the problem, and helped accommodate all of my additional needs. They showed much compassion, knowledge, and patience within my time there. Thank you for getting my girl back Great again!!

Recently experienced hitting some highway debris. Resulting in some front damage to my vehicle. I am impressed with their staff consistent team work with assisting me through the process. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. I recommend.
