The store personnel are the reason that I will be a Firestone customer forever. All of the people, from the GM to the mechanics are friendly, easy to talk to and will go beyond the norm to help with all of the customers that come through their door. It is a rare thing to have them know my name when I walk in and always do the best service on my vehicles. I had an rush situation on a Sunday and wasn't sure they could help, but they went right at it, the manager said it was no problem and completed it within 3 hours, plus assisting me with the rewards program because I had to pay with a Firestone card. These are some of the reasons I will always be here for them, as they are here for me.

Professional and courteous representation to the customer. The willingness to do an accurate assessment of the problem and explain it to the customer. And last, completing the job thoroughly and accurately! As a customer I couldn’t ask for more!

Have been going here for 10 years. Set up appointment on-line for 4 new tires. Dropped off car at 7 am today and it was ready at 9 am as promised! Holly the service writer who has been here for 10 years is the best, and Chris, the “jack of all trades” saw that I was out quickly. Great job again Skyline Firestone!
