I discovered my tire was totally flat about a block away from KC Complete. I called their store and talked with Rob. He came to my location, put my spare on my car, and took my tire back to the shop where he found a screw about 4” long in the tire. He was able to patch the tire, put it back on my car and get me on my way in less than an hour. Rob was very professional, helpful and got me out of a jam. I would definitely recommend KC Complete.
