This was my second time staying here. The first time was like 7 years ago, so I was wondering if the rooms and service would still be just as good as the very first time I stayed. It was just as good!!! Great staff and clean rooms! All the staff members were super helpful and friendly. Also, the bar attached to the hotel was also a great experience and a cool place to go for a drink! Definitely will be staying here again.

The lobby is beautiful and the conference room looks nice. I didn't need to use it but appears well set up. They have a nice bar and patio area. There is a walking path around the pond in back. The room was very nice and comfortable. I've been to a few hotels where the lobby looks great but the rooms are rough but not here. This will probably be our go to hotel nest time we visit Kansas city.

Lovely surprise! Large rooms, clean, and affordable. Hot tub was working and clean! Everything as a traveling soccer family we look for in a hotel. Breakfast was better than all the other chain hotel options. Take time to check out the natural surroundings. beautiful.

HILTON GARDEN INN INDEPENDENCE REVIEWS

Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was clean. I felt safe. Staff was friendly. Hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, gas station and a mall. There is a designated smoking area off to the side of the lobby. There’s a nice paved public walking trail behind the hotel. I’ve stayed there several times and will probably stay there again.

The staff has been super nice and helpful. We have been here for a family reunion. Ms. Fiafia at the front desk was so kind and handled everything for us with ease. The breakfast crew was very nice and, overall, everything was very good.

Every thing was nice. The check in person, the cook and everyone else we came inContact with will we were there. Rooms were clean and nice.

I had the most amazing experience at this establishment. The room was outstanding, far beyond my expectations. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have to say that Clint made my stay feel like I was at home. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I’m sure of that. I one hundred percent recommend this place and will ALWAYS make this “ my go to” hotel whenever I’m in need of a hotel stay while in this city.

The level of customer service the young lady Marshadae gave was amazing. We don’t normally stay at holiday inn but my assistant made the reservation there. She was so nice and helpful made us feel welcomed even when we were being complicated she handled it well. If I had an office in Missouri I’d steal her in a heart beat for my front desk.

Loved the room and bed. Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
