I had such a great experience at Kay Jewelry thanks to Kim and Evan! I came in for a cleaning and inspection, and they truly went above and beyond. My jewelry looked absolutely stunning when they were done—like it was brand new again. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Their attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. It’s rare to come across service this good, and Kim and Evan made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them.

Tina is the most amazing person. I walked in after having a very long and dramatic day. She greeted me with a wonderful cheerful smile. And offered to clean my rings for me. While my rings were in the machine. She engaged with me about different types of jewelry and there meaning. Best experience ever.

Megan gave us the best customer service we could have asked for! She went above and beyond to assist us with our jewelry purchase and was extremely friendly and kind. She made us feel as of we mattered with a smile on her face the entire time.

Evan assisted me with the service of a watch and has since assisted me with other purchases as well. I’m thankful for his knowledge and assistance. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and providing me with exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Drenon for anyone looking for jewelry or a watch.

I had the pleasure of working with the team at Drenon to design my engagement ring & wedding band using the diamonds from my husband’s mom’s & grandma’s rings. They were friendly, kind & helpful - even when I redesigned my rings after I approved the designs I initially created. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for custom jewelry & I look forward to working with them again on future pieces.

My husband and I came in to look around, and unbeknownst to my husband, I had planned to buy him a new wedding band because his old one had become too tight. Needless to say, he was a little surprised. Chris was our guide through the process and when I explained that I was looking for a replacement for my ring also, ( we had a private jeweler make my first wedding ring and the band broke) but that I wanted the center jewel to match my husband's eyes he worked his magic and found an amazing set in just the right color. I would highly recommend Chris as the go to guy when you are looking for a specific and unique wedding set. My husband and I just love our new rings. Great job Chris.

Christina helped us find our dream rings. She was the most helpful and welcoming person I have yet to find when jewelry shopping. She made the experience ten times easier. You could tell she was not just trying to sell something but rather find to find the perfect one. Will go to her every time to buy jewelry and would recommend her to everyone. Always nice to be able to go in and she recognizes and talks to us every time.

Christina was absolutely amazing! We weren't sure which ring style I would want for upcoming wedding and with just a few short questions I said Yes! To my engagement ring and his wedding band! Top notch across the board.
