Best auto shop in North County!!! Everyone working here is top notch! The customer service is great and their handy work is even better! My car wouldn’t start on Wednesday afternoon, AAA towed it to Laels (I didn’t even have to go) and not even 24 hours later on Thursday afternoon they had it fixed and ready for pick up!! They are friendly, caring and honest people. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed. And Btw my car is over 20 years old.

This place is great, they always have my grandmother Mercedes will taken care of. They take their time in everything they do. Also they make sure what’s important first and the other at a later time. Also they have done my great aunt Mercedes as will. It has a great home vibe.

Our vehicle broke down during our Christmas vacation. We live in NM. We chose Lael’s because of their positive reviews. These guys made our vehicle a priority. They knew every day we had to wait for our car was another unplanned hotel cost. They did a great job and were very kind. Thank you guys for getting us back home safely!
